Return & Exchange Policy 🚨

Orders can only be returned during inspection in the presence of the delivery representative, and the recipient bears the shipping costs.
After the delivery agent leaves, returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or size issue, as outlined below.

Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 business days from the date of receipt in case of a manufacturing defect or size issue.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back at their own expense using a courier company of their choice.

Once the returned product is received and inspected to confirm it is in its original condition:

The customer can exchange it for another product,
or

Receive a refund via bank transfer or Vodafone Cash within 14 business days.

 🚨 سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يُسمح باسترجاع الطلب أثناء معاينته في وجود مندوب التوصيل فقط  ويتحمل المرسل اليه تكاليف الشحن . بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يُقبل الاسترجاع إلا في حالة وجود عيب صناعي أو مشكلة في المقاس كما هو موضح أدناه

الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال  مسموح خلال 14 يوم عمل فقط من تاريخ الاستلام في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع أو مشكلة في المقاس

يشحن العميل المنتج على نفقته الخاصة عن طريق شركة شحن تابعة له 

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه والتأكد من حالته الأصلية ، يتم إرسال المبلغ له عن طريق حساب بنكي او فودافون كاش 

إما الاستبدال ب منتج بديل حسب رغبة العميل 

أو استرداد المبلغ  خلال 14 يوم عمل.
